Job summary

Procter & Gamble is seeking an Artwork and Design Delivery Specialist in Brand Management to partner with Design and cross-functional teams. You will own packaging and retail design projects, support artwork copy development and ensure copy approvals align with the Global Matrix.

You will lead copy setup, brand hierarchy, and improvements, working with suppliers and translation agencies to ensure accurate copy elements on artwork and databases for re-use across brands.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in a Design-related field.
• Experience in Design Production and Print, preferably FMCG.
• Proficiency with design concepts, production guidelines and color management.
• English fluency; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall copy setup and changes to meet artwork project needs.
• Facilitate Brand Hierarchy setup and copy content optimisation.
• Manage brand hierarchy development and process improvements.
• Guide suppliers and translation agencies to ensure copy accuracy on artwork.
• Attend design, artwork network meetings to drive copy-related activities.
• Review and approve CIC and Final Artwork for compliance with copy elements.
