Job summary

Confidential Company in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an experienced Packaging Designer to lead design for mono cartons from concept to print-ready artwork. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure branding, structure and color accuracy across offset and flexo processes.

The role requires a strong portfolio in packaging design, proficiency with Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and pre-press workflows, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Certifications in packaging design software or pre-press processes are a plus.
• 6+ years of work experience in production house, graphic designs and illustrations in mono carton manufacturing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and production-ready packaging designs.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, ESKO(ArtiosCAD), GMG/X-Rite, One Vision, or similar tools).
• Robust exposure to printing techniques (offset, flexo) and materials used in offset printed mono cartons.

Responsibilities

• Design and Development: Conceptualize packaging designs for mono cartons, including structural and graphic elements.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand design requirements and brand guidelines.
• Provide mockups GMG and prototypes for client approval.
• Pre-Press and Printing Coordination: Prepare pre-press files with accurate key lines and color separations.
• Collaborate with production team to address technical constraints and ensure print-ready files.
• Market and Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and materials for packaging designs.
• Integrate innovative ideas to enhance product appeal.
• Client and Team Collaboration: Communicate with clients for feedback and refine designs accordingly.
