Job summary

Bloom & Wild is seeking an Artworker to join the Brand & Creative team. You will translate established designs into production-ready artwork, extend design systems for new variants, and help codify guidelines for scalable product subcategories.

You’ll collaborate with the Own Brand Product Designer and Lead Physical Product Designer to ensure consistency and quality across all packaging formats. You will manage print-ready files, liaise with suppliers, and maintain the artwork library while

Qualifications

• Print production expertise including CMYK, Pantone, dielines, bleed and ink coverage.
• Ability to scale existing design systems and create new SKU variants.
• Extreme attention to detail and precision in artwork and typography.
• Able to manage a high volume of live files across multiple projects.
• Collaborates closely with designers and communicates concerns clearly and early.
• Explores AI-assisted workflows to speed up production and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare print-ready artwork files across packaging formats (boxes, sleeves, wraps, labels, tubes, tins, tissue).
• Extend design systems to create new SKU variants and size derivatives within the same language.
• Codify design guidelines for product subcategories for consistent variant creation.
• Manage artwork to supplier specs: bleeds, CMYK/Pantone, dielines, tolerances.
• Liaise with print suppliers on technical queries and sign-off with designers.
• Maintain and organise the own-brand artwork library with version control.
• Support the Own Brand Product Designer as the range grows.
