What you'll be doing:

The Brand Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and managing marketing strategies to enhance and promote the brand's presence and reputation in the market. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns, analyze market trends, and develop creative content to engage target audiences. The specialist will monitor brand performance, conduct market research, and ensure all marketing efforts align with the overall brand objectives and business goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content across digital, social media, print, and events.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and analyze data to optimize campaigns and improve marketing ROI.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies.
  • Implement strategies to drive category, brand, and sales growth, including brand equity, awareness, and engagement strategies.
  • Articulate and execute short and long-term brand and commercial plans, aligning with business objectives.
  • Develop market intelligence to understand consumer, brand, and marketplace drivers, translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Manage operations to achieve annual targets.
  • Analyze consumption, sales, and primary research data to diagnose performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Assist with community management for social channels, monitor campaigns, and analyze web traffic using KPIs.
  • Manage marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Work with product development, sales, and customer service to align initiatives.
  • Make informed decisions around investments to mitigate risks and maximize returns.
  • Manage brand assets and ensure consistent usage across campaigns.
  • Organize and promote brand events, product launches, and marketing initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

People Management: No direct supervisory responsibilities, but expected to collaborate effectively across teams and contribute operationally or through expertise to meet organizational goals.
