A leading automotive company seeks a Marketing Manager to drive brand strategy and implement impactful marketing campaigns. The role involves overseeing marketing budgets, enhancing brand image, and establishing stakeholder relationships to maximize profitability. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in marketing and significant experience in the automotive sector.
Job Purpose:
Take full responsibility for brand integrity and presentation across all routes to market. Develop, communicate and deploy the brand strategy for the respective automotive business unit in line with Principal’s and Group marketing strategy. Track and review the company’s marketing resources and activities to ensure effective brand management by formulating the brands long-term strategy. Continuously enhance brand image in the market place which will lead to profitability maximization.
Key Accountabilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement an annual integrated marketing plan and ensure budgets are accurately allocated to deliver the commercial and brands’ objectives. Increase customer loyalty towards the product by educating the consumers on the features of the product and its benefits from time to time. Create the seasonal and annual brand activation plan and significantly improving Brand KPIs.
Implementation: Set action plans, coordinate with vendors and agencies to successfully plan and implement digital, retail Marketing, social Media activities/campaigns as well as events including activations, launch events, product placement for the respective automotive business unit. Ensuring high Brand Health for the product, by improving and increasing awareness of the product, improving customer mind share in existing customers and creating mind share with new customers.
Manage 360° Campaigns and Content Development: Oversee creative campaign development and rollout across ATL, BTL, digital, social media, and retail marketing. Ensure consistent messaging and brand presence across all touchpoints. Manage the digital marketing strategy including SEO, SEM, paid social, website, and CRM campaigns to drive brand awareness and qualified leads.
Budget: Manage the marketing budget of the business unit and ensure it is spent in the most effective way in order to generate the highest Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI).
Compliance: Ensure all communication, point of sale and customer facing literature are compliant to corporate identity guidelines of Principal and proof read all promotion material prior to submission to release for printing.
Stakeholder Management: Establish close relationship with the Principal’s, automotive business unit’s and top management to deeply understand their business requirements and objectives in order to propose solutions, ideas, plans to help them improve their business performance. Build relationships with key external stakeholders like media and communication channels.
