Job Purpose

We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and brand-obsessed Brand Marketing
Manager to lead the vision, execution, and elevation of the Ounass brand. This
role will oversee all brand communication, partnership activations, and owned
brand storytelling, ensuring every message is aligned with our positioning as
the Middle East’s premier luxury e-commerce destination. The successful
candidate will bring a mix of traditional retail marketing and modern digital
brand-building expertise, rooted in the world of luxury fashion, beauty, and
lifestyle. They will also manage the full brand marketing budget and lead a team
of marketers and social media specialists to deliver industry-defining
campaigns.

What you will be doing
  • Own and evolve the Ounass brand strategy, ensuring it is consistently reflected across all channels, campaigns, and communications.
  • Develop and lead integrated brand marketing campaigns that build awareness, increase emotional connection, and drive long-term equity.
  • Increase brand consideration by planning and executing digital-first brand marketing activations, and measuring success through brand lift studies and audience impact metrics.
  • Lead cross-functional 360 campaigns in collaboration with Creative, Trade, CRM, PR, Content, and Buying teams.
  • Manage and report on the full brand marketing budget, ensuring efficiency and ROI across media, production, partnerships, and activations.
  • Oversee influencer collaborations, talent partnerships, VIP seeding strategies, and cultural brand moments (e.g. Ramadan, Art Week, Fashion Week).
  • Supervise social media brand strategy and growth in partnership with theOrganic Social Media Manager and team, ensuring cohesion with brand direction and campaign moments.
  • Act as brand guardian, maintaining excellence in tone of voice, creative expression, and visual identity across all marketing and communication assets.
  • Leverage data, consumer insight, and performance metrics to inform future brand initiatives and storytelling strategies.
What we are looking for?
  • 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, with at least 3 years in amanagerial or leadership role.
  • Strong background in luxury or fashion marketing is essential;
    experience in both traditional retail and digital-first environments
    preferred.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional campaigns, influencer programs,
    experiential activations, and digital brand storytelling.
  • Deep understanding of the GCC customer and regional cultural moments.
  • Strong knowledge of digital brand marketing tactics, tools, and channels
    —including paid media, brand lift studies, and online campaign planning.
  • Proven track record managing multi-million media budgets across
    multiple channels and reporting on performance KPIs.
  • Experience leading agency relationships and external vendor
    management.
  • A strategic thinker who can translate business objectives into creative,
    measurable brand outcomes.
  • Inspirational team leader with experience managing, mentoring, and growing cross-functional marketing talent with measurable team performance improvements.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with AR/VR marketing applications for luxury fashion
  • Understanding of Web3, NFTs, and metaverse marketing opportunities
  • Experience with AI-powered personalization and customer journey optimization
  • Understanding of livestream commerce and social commerce strategy
