Job description

Driven to create unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, the Independent Food Company is a UAE-based hospitality company with multiple concepts under its umbrella – SALT, Parker’s, Grind, Somewhere, and Public.

We currently have an open position for a Brand Manager who will support existing teams as well as build new teams as part of pre-opening.

Responsibilities:

  1. Carry out market research to stay updated with customer trends and predict future trends.
  2. Develop strategies and manage marketing campaigns across Food and Beverage departments, broadcast, and online platforms to meet customer expectations and enhance brand credibility.
  3. Analyze the success of marketing campaigns and create reports.
  4. Supervise advertising, product design, and other marketing forms to maintain brand consistency.
  5. Meet with clients and collaborate with colleagues across departments such as marketing, operations, and creative teams.
  6. Manage budgets and lead a team of junior assistants.
  7. Organize events like product launches, exhibitions, and photo shoots.

To be considered for this role, candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in the hospitality sector, preferably in Gelato, Pastry, or relevant benchmarks.
