Une entreprise de premier plan recherche un Marketing Manager pour développer et exécuter des stratégies de marque alignées sur les objectifs de l'entreprise. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des budgets et de l'atteinte des indicateurs clés de performance, tout en collaborant avec des équipes internes. Ce rôle exige un Master et une expérience confirmée en marketing commercial dans le secteur FMCG.
JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for developing and executing plans and initiatives to achieve the broader short and long-term marketing strategy and company objectives. The Manager collaborates with Consumer Insights and finance, take a lead in managing vendor partners and all aspects of the brand to ensure the brand remains relevant to consumers and that all initiatives support the brand promise.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Develop, align and implement brand strategy to deliver category KPIs in alignment with the principal/supplier.
• Work with internal cross functional teams (Sales, Finance, Logistics, operational team etc).
• Responsible for management and control of promotion and trade marketing budgets.
• Responsible to achieve targeted revenue, market share and P&L
• Lead all product related developments that are aligned cross-functionally.
EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
• Masters Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in FMCG Trade Marketing
• High analytical and data management skills
• Excellent in communication and presentation
• Excellent organizational skills
• Demonstrable aptitude in effective negotiating
• Familiarity with market research, data analysis and forecasting techniques
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
