What you will do
The Brand Manager is the pan-European brand expert responsible for setting strategic direction and ensuring execution for portfolio growth through marketing campaigns, portfolio development, education strategies, and customer engagement campaigns.
- Align with global strategy to set annual and long-range brand/indication strategies to achieve growth, profit, and market share targets.
- Create and distribute scalable assets, tools, marketing campaigns, and best practices for localization.
- Identify education, brand experience, and customer engagement opportunities to enhance brand perception and value, collaborating with the Education Manager.
- Develop trust and strong relationships with local marketers, sales teams, internal stakeholders, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create annual marketing plans and a 3-5 year portfolio roadmap.
- Forecast demand and develop relationships with supply chain partners.
- Manage product lifecycle including launches and phase-outs.
- Analyze business performance and brand perception, proposing actions to meet strategic goals.
- Partner on portfolio development through new products, line extensions, and M&A activities.
- Identify internal training needs and develop relevant content and programs.
- Create scalable customer engagement events such as facility tours, congresses, and medical education programs.
- Manage branding, messaging, positioning, and pricing based on market insights.
- Develop relationships with KOLs for the brand.
- Coordinate HCP academy plans in line with brand strategies.
What you need
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 8+ years of work experience required
- 3+ years in marketing/sales within the medical devices industry
- Fluent in English
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines
- Persuasive without organizational authority
- Understanding of complex interdivisional procedures and policies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA preferred
- Fluency in Arabic is a strong plus
- Experience with European, EMEA, or Global product launches
Territory and Travel
- Territory: EMEA
- Travel: Up to 50%
- Base Location: Dubai, Amsterdam, Paris, Berlin, Rome, Madrid, or Istanbul
- Role: Hybrid (50% travel, 50% remote)
