Summary:
The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing the company’s brand strategy to strengthen market positioning and support business growth. A key focus will be overseeing the rebranding launch, ensuring consistent corporate identity, and driving brand visibility across all customer touchpoints.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of the company’s rebranding initiative, including brand identity, messaging, and market launch.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with corporate goals and growth plans.
- Manage and maintain corporate brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing, digital, and communications channels.
- Collaborate with business units (Ports, Logistics, Warehousing, Commercial) to align brand messaging with product/service offerings.
- Drive brand campaigns, product launches, and events to increase market share and customer engagement.
- Oversee digital brand presence, including website, social media, and online platforms, ensuring strong visibility in target markets.
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights to inform brand positioning.
- Manage external agencies, creative vendors, and media partners to deliver brand campaigns on time and within budget.
- Support internal communications, including employee engagement campaigns, to build a strong employer brand.
- Monitor and evaluate brand performance KPIs, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5 - 8 years of brand management experience, ideally within logistics, supply chain, transport, or related B2B industries.
- Proven track record in leading rebranding projects and market launches.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, corporate communications, and PR strategies.
- Experience managing creative agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
