We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Manager to join our Nutrition category. As Brand Manager for our NAN Infant Formula business, you will play a key role in helping us build strong brand identity which delights target consumers and generates strong business results ensuring we build strong Brand equity, change consumer behavior and win at every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support on annual brand strategic priorities as an input for ICP development by our clusters across MENA.
  • Provide recommendations on pricing and promotional strategy and on the selection of SKUs for key channels, understand the omnichannel environment and contribute to the development of category strategy.
  • Execute & track management to ensure projects, I&R, business plans are executed and results tracked.
  • Perform PFME key post evaluations, regional budget management and tracking.
  • Brand & Communication Strategy & development process: Support the creative development process & Equity measurement.
  • Participate in the communication process - campaign briefs, creative development/adaptation in coordination with strategic business unit.
  • Provide high-level toolkit with an overarching framework & guidance including the Big idea, engagement strategies, Brand properties and mandatory executional elements (TOV, Casting requirements, appetite shots…) to ensure ONE BRAND external impact and building.
  • Work in partnership with the media and communication agencies, informing & coordinating with relevant cluster team to plan for campaigns.
  • Track the overarching brand Equity measurement and corrective actions.
  • Ensure key support to ensure equity measurement regularly tracks the relevant digital/eBusiness KPIs (incl. internal and industry benchmarking) to ensure achievement of targets.
  • Shopper communication support to CDT HO: Brief, message matrix, creation, overall toolkits if relevant.
  • Ensure consumer centricity, apply Innovation levers, contribute and execute Innovation pipeline, maintain vibrancy via relevant renovation.
  • Provide product experiences that meet or exceed the nutritional and sensorial expectations of consumers.
  • Support on I&R pipeline definition & opportunity identification. Connect with CIMI team to develop research to increase sharing across clusters, lead on concept and packaging development and testing for multi-cluster I&R.
  • Packaging development – oversee the process with D2D team while being responsible for multi-clusters SKU labels (Process & authority matrix to be reviewed).

What will make you successful:

  • Strong marketing background with medical nutrition experience—ideally in Infant Nutrition.
  • 3–5 years of relevant brand management experience within FMCG, ideally Infant Nutrition companies.
  • Proven track record in cross-functional project management, campaign development, and product launches.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using Nielsen, Power BI, and consumer insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments and with external agencies.
