About the Role

We’re looking for a Brand Manager who brings both strategic vision and technical expertise to branding—someone who understands the science behind perception, decision-making, and identity. You will be data-driven and passionate about creating measurable brand impact, capable of enhancing our branding capabilities and establishing our market authority.

You will elevate the way we communicate our purpose, turning brand into a competitive advantage that is both intellectually robust and emotionally resonant. In a rapidly scaling environment, your work will require a mix of long-term thinking and real-time adaptation.

Position Scope

Here are just a few of the ways you'll make an impact:

  • Brand strategy & positioning: Shape and evolve our brand positioning in line with business growth, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Create a clear, differentiated narrative that resonates with our core audiences and supports our purpose-driven mission.
  • Brand architecture & governance: Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring visual and verbal consistency across internal and external channels. Act as a brand guardian and educate cross-functional teams to drive coherent execution.
  • Messaging, storytelling & content creation: Translate complex value propositions into compelling brand stories, taglines, and messaging frameworks. You will work closely with designers, but will also be hands-on in crafting copy and developing content directly across multiple formats (social, digital, print, etc.).
  • Behavioral and cultural insight: Leverage behavioral psychology and cultural research to inform communication strategies and tailor messages to audience segments, improving brand relevance and emotional connection.
  • Measurement & brand health: Define and track key brand KPIs (awareness, perception, preference, advocacy), and translate qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights. Use data to guide prioritization, validate impact, and optimize efforts.
  • Campaigns & cross-functional collaboration: Partner with performance marketing, product, and sales to support integrated campaigns that build long-term brand equity while driving short-term results. Be the link between brand vision and tactical execution.
  • Market scanning & innovation: Stay ahead of branding trends, shifts in consumer behavior, and category developments. Identify opportunities for brand innovation and lead experiments to test and refine new ideas.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role suited to someone who combines strategic thinking with creative execution—and is eager to build something meaningful from the ground up

Required Skills & Profile

Here are the qualities that will make you a perfect fit:

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or related field
  • Knowledge of brand theory and behavioral psychology in a business context
  • Experience in measuring brand impact, ideally in high-growth or mission-driven organizations
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and strategic thinking skills
  • A bias for clarity over fluff, strategy over noise
  • Familiarity with brand tracking tools, customer insight platforms, or social listening tools
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally, translating brand goals into product, service, or comms initiatives
  • Bonus: experience in fintech, emerging markets, or purpose-led consumer brands
