Job Description

We are looking for a Brand Manager (Arabic Speaker) to develop, execute, and oversee branding strategies that drive market engagement and business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in brand positioning, marketing campaigns, and consumer insights, with fluency in Arabic and English to effectively manage regional marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance market presence.
• Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, trends, and competitors.
• Oversee brand messaging, advertising, and communication strategies.
• Manage the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and external partners for campaign execution.
• Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Drive product positioning and storytelling for the target audience.
• Stay updated with industry trends and apply insights to branding initiatives.
• Handle public relations, media partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, and market research.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and consumer engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects.
