About the Role:

An opportunity has arisen for a Brand Loyalty Intern in our Brand Loyalty Team in Jumeirah Group and Corporate.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  1. Ensure that project task lists are created and maintained.
  2. Work with the consultancy team, create a plan of weekly, monthly tasks, ensuring that responsible parties are completing tasks on time.
  3. Create project team meetings, and ensure that rooms are booked, set up is organized, and invites sent.
  4. Ensure that properties are aware of the changes by leading communication plan, and ensuring the updating of new processes and SOP's.
  5. Help drive awareness with colleagues in the Corporate office, via any available opportunities.
  6. Maintain a calendar of webinars with hotels and support creation of content.
  7. Be the POC with external training companies to create contact for global training.
  8. Create the calendar of training across all international hotels and work on scheduling for facilitation, support with booking flights and organizing travel requirements.

About you:

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree- Marketing, Business Studies, Project Management or similar
  2. Software competencies Microsoft Office programs
  3. Experience in administration and project management
  4. Previous responsibility of project management/ presentation decks/ emails
  5. Excellent organizational & multi-task management skills
  6. High attention to detail and accuracy of information
