Job summary

Masdar is seeking a senior branding leader in Abu Dhabi to refine and apply the Zayed Sustainability Prize brand across all touchpoints. You will oversee branding projects, audits, and asset quality, while guiding the brand & design team to deliver consistent visuals for events and digital platforms.

The role requires 8+ years in branding and a strong grasp of sustainability trends, with an MBA or related master's degree. Full-time, on-site in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Lead the refinement and consistent application of the Zayed Sustainability Prize brand across all touchpoints.
• Manage branding and advertising activities to ensure a coherent, compelling presence.
• Oversee brand visuals, design assets, audits, and vendor collaborations for quality and consistency.
• Lead the brand & design team, set objectives, monitor performance and develop staff.
• Ensure all brand visuals for events and initiatives meet brand identity standards.
• Contribute to the enhancement of Masdar's digital platforms with consistent branding.
