Key Responsibilities
- Deliver revenue and profitability for the assigned brands
- Work closely with cross functional teams; sales, supply chain, finance, to deliver agreed KPIs
- Ideate, develop the brand positioning and messaging
- Provide direction on packaging design, label compliance, and visual storytelling
- Develop and implement ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) marketing campaigns
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance against KPIs
- Manage promotional calendars, budgets, and ROI analysis
- Create and execute POSMs for online and offline channels
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure marketing activities align with sales targets
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution
- Conduct store audits and market visits to assess execution and gather insights
Experience, Qualification and Skills:
- 2 – 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Presentation Skills
- Exposure to digital marketing, brand promotions, or trade activations
- Proficiency in marketing tools & analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Masters in Marketing from a reputed Institute
- Proficiency in English, Arabic would be a plus
