Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Brand & Digital Marketing Manager to lead global marketing efforts for a premium fragrance division. This pivotal role will be responsible for managing the digital presence, influencer marketing, eCommerce growth, and brand identity across key international markets. The position calls for a forward-thinking professional with strong leadership skills, digital expertise, and a deep understanding of the fragrance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage the global top-line P&L for the niche fragrance division
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including paid media, social media, and influencer partnerships
Drive global influencer marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on TikTok and content virality
Build and nurture a community of brand influencers across regions
Lead marketing partnerships with eCommerce pulatforms such as Amazon (US, UK, UAE) and other key retailers
Create and roll out D2C eCommerce strategies to enhance brand reach and online sales
Collaborate with global sales teams, distributors, and retail partners to grow brand presence
Implement ATL and BTL campaigns with ROI analysis and performance reporting
Work closely with creative teams to deliver premium visual content and messaging
Contribute to new product development, brand identity building, and visual storytelling
Support internal sales training and competitor benchmarking
Provide detailed reports on NPD timelines, ROMI, and regional sales performance
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields
Minimum 10 years of experience in brand and digital marketing, with at least 5 years in the fragrance industry
Strong experience in influencer marketing, eCommerce growth, and brand communication
Familiarity with international markets, and ability to manage cross-cultural campaigns
Previous exposure to Amazon marketplace operations is a major advantage
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
A creative thinker with a keen eye for aesthetics and storytelling
Candidates with strong regional market awareness and multilingual capability (including English and/or Arabic) will thrive in this role
