Job summary

Preferred by Nature, a non-profit focused on sustainable land management, seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to steer visual identity across channels and maintain branded templates. You will design digital and print materials and guide external designers.

The role emphasizes branding, UX/UI knowledge, and collaboration with partners, with remote-friendly setup and opportunities for growth. Fluency in English required; experience in sustainability sectors is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in graphic and digital design.
• Experience in brand development and visual identity management.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Understanding of branding and UX/UI principles.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction and evolution of visual identity across all communication channels
• Develop and maintain branded templates, design assets, and visual guidelines
• Design high-quality digital and print materials including brochures, reports, and social media assets
• Lead the visual design and continuous improvement of websites and digital platforms
• Coordinate external designers, agencies, and creative suppliers
• Translate complex information into compelling visual concepts
