The Brand Coordinator will support the development, execution, and day-to-day management of assigned perfume brands across the retail division. The role will coordinate with internal departments, brand principals, retail teams, marketing, visual merchandising, supply chain, and other stakeholders to ensure brand strategies, launches, campaigns, and commercial activities are executed effectively and consistently.
The position requires strong coordination, organization, communication, and follow-up skills, along with a good understanding of luxury perfumes, beauty retail, and brand management.
2. Key Responsibilities
Brand Management & Coordination
- Support the day-to-day management and development of assigned perfume brands.
- Coordinate with brand principals and internal stakeholders on brand-related activities and requirements.
- Assist in implementing brand strategies, commercial plans, and annual brand calendars.
- Ensure brand guidelines and standards are consistently maintained across all retail touchpoints.
- Monitor brand performance and highlight key opportunities and challenges to management.
- Support the preparation of brand presentations, reports, business reviews, and performance updates.
Marketing & Campaign Coordination
- Coordinate with the Marketing team to execute brand campaigns, launches, promotions, events, and activations.
- Assist in preparing marketing briefs, campaign requirements, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables with relevant internal teams and external partners.
- Ensure marketing activities are aligned with the brand's positioning and commercial objectives.
- Support the planning and execution of new product launches and seasonal campaigns.
Retail & Commercial Support
- Work closely with retail teams to ensure effective implementation of brand initiatives across stores.
- Monitor product availability, visibility, promotions, and overall brand presentation.
- Support sales teams with relevant product, campaign, and brand information.
- Assist in identifying sales trends, market opportunities, and areas requiring improvement.
- Coordinate with the merchandising and supply chain teams to support product availability and launch readiness.
Visual Merchandising & Brand Standards
- Coordinate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure brand guidelines are implemented across stores.
- Support the execution of window displays, counters, promotional displays, and product launches.
- Conduct regular store checks and report observations related to brand presentation and execution.
- Follow up on corrective actions to ensure brand standards are maintained.
Product & Launch Management
- Maintain updated product information, price lists, launch calendars, and brand materials.
- Coordinate new product launches, including stock readiness, marketing materials, training requirements, and retail execution.
- Support product registration, documentation, and other administrative requirements where applicable.
- Track product launches and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare regular brand performance reports and presentations.
- Track sales, product performance, promotional activities, and campaign results.Maintain accurate brand-related records, calendars, budgets, and documentation.
- Follow up with internal departments and external partners to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Support budget tracking and expense coordination for assigned brand activities.
Training & Retail Team Support
- Coordinate with the Training team to ensure retail staff receive relevant product and brand training.
- Support the preparation and distribution of product knowledge and brand information.
- Assist with training sessions related to new launches, collections, and key brand initiatives.

6. Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in brand coordination, brand management, marketing, or retail within the perfume, beauty, cosmetics, or luxury retail industry.
- Experience working with international or luxury perfume brands is preferred.
- Experience coordinating product launches, marketing campaigns, retail activations, and brand initiatives.
- UAE retail experience is preferred.
- Strong English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.

8. Reporting Relationship
The Brand Coordinator will report to the Brand Manager / Head of the Perfumes Division and will work closely with the wider retail, marketing, merchandising, training, and operations teams.
