Job Description

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with business goals. Responsibilities include supporting annual brand strategic priorities, developing ICP inputs by clusters, tracking relevant metrics in coordination with various teams, and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making. The position also requires performing key post evaluations, regional budget management, and conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform brand positioning.

Brand & Communication Strategy & Development:

  • Support creative development processes and equity measurement initiatives.
  • Participate in communication processes for centralized brands, including campaign briefs and creative adaptations, under guidance from the Regional Portfolio Manager & Growth Officer.
  • Provide high-level toolkits for localized brands, including frameworks and guidance on key brand elements to ensure consistent external impact. Collaborate with cluster marketing teams to develop and localize assets.
  • Coordinate with media and communication agencies for Panarab campaigns, ensuring alignment with overarching brand strategies.
  • Monitor brand equity metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Work with the eBusiness team to reinforce branding, develop key content, and create engaging brand experiences.
  • Ensure digital and eBusiness KPIs are regularly tracked to meet targets.
  • Support shopper communication initiatives by providing briefs, message matrices, and toolkits.
  • Collaborate with CMI Regional teams to execute research initiatives.
  • Lead the design and development of label artwork compliant with regulatory standards and aligned with brand identity, working with design agencies and regulatory teams.

Success Factors:

  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing or brand communication.
  • Experience working within cross-functional teams, especially in core brand building.
  • Good understanding of digital media and eCommerce.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
