Experience
12 - 14 years of progressive experience in brand leadership, preferably within the Museums, Arts, or Cultural sectors, including 4-6 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Technical Skills
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) for brand oversight.
Strong understanding of digital branding, content standards, and integrated campaign design.
Skilled in developing brand guidelines, overseeing creative direction, and managing design teams.
Languages
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written preferred).
Strategic Brand Leadership
Experience in defining and driving brand vision, positioning, and identity across all touchpoints, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market relevance.
Creative Direction & Design Oversight
Ability to develop and execute compelling brand visuals and storytelling assets. Lead creative direction for pre-opening and opening campaigns, establishing brand guidelines that inspire innovation and coherence across channels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with marketing, product, and business teams to integrate brand strategy into museum experiences, marketing materials, content, and programs.
Team Development & Management
Mentor and manage the Brand & Design team, fostering a culture of creativity, performance, and continuous improvement.
