We aim to engage meaningfully with the diverse communities that shape the city, including Indian, Pakistani, Filipino, and other South Asian and Southeast Asian groups.

As our Brand Activation Manager based in Dubai, you’ll be our first Oatly Department of Mind Control (ODMC) employee in the UAE. Your mission: spot the right opportunities, bring Oatly into the most relevant spaces and communities, and ensure we show up in a way that locals notice and remember.
This role is based in Dubai. Full professional English is a must. Arabic? Even better.
