Job Description

Role: BRANCH SALES EXECUTIVE

Location: Abu Dhabi

Role Purpose:

To source Personal Finance Applications from the local market, ensuring sourcing within ADIB permitted policies and procedures.

Key Accountabilities of the role
  1. Main Responsibilities:
    • Source new-to-bank Personal Finance, Covered Cards, Auto & Takaful products targeting specific segments and achieve or exceed targets.
    • Maintain Daily Sales Reports (DSR) for all customer and company visits.
    • Build and maintain good relationships with business entities and individuals from whom business is sourced.
    • Visit potential companies/institutions to finalize deals within targeted turnaround times, adhering to ADIB policies, and provide feedback to RSS.
    • Maintain thorough product knowledge and apply it consistently.
    • Provide timely and prompt customer service.
    • Adhere to office timings, confidentiality norms, and present oneself professionally.
    • Submit DSRs to the Branch Manager daily with complete details; escalate non-compliance.
  2. Regular / Occasional Responsibilities:
    • Prepare and review credit applications, ensuring accuracy and authenticity of documents.
    • Ensure error-free application submissions; rectify errors as needed.
    • Follow approval processes and escalate delays appropriately.
    • Execute Murabaha contracts, prepare files per checklists, and coordinate card issuance within 24 hours.
    • Monitor disbursement processes and notify managers of delays.
    • Maintain good inter-departmental relations and participate in promotional activities.
    • Initiate cross-selling efforts for other banking products when appropriate.
    • Escalate customer complaints immediately to supervisors.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required:
  • Knowledge of ADIB's Personal Finance and other RBG products & services.
  • Understanding of service standards, sales skills, and basic computer skills.
  • Good knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks.
  • Thorough awareness of Central Bank of UAE regulations.
  • General knowledge of competitors in the local market.
