Job Description

Role: BRANCH SALES EXECUTIVE

Location: Abu Dhabi

Role Purpose: To source Personal Finance Applications from the local market, ensuring sourcing within ADIB's permitted policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Source new-to-bank Personal Finance, Covered Cards, Auto, and Takaful products targeting the specified segments, aiming to meet or exceed assigned targets.
  2. Maintain and prepare Daily Sales Reports (DSR) for all customer and company visits.
  3. Build and sustain good relationships with business entities and individuals from whom business is sourced.
  4. Visit potential companies and institutions to finalize deals within the targeted turnaround time, adhering to ADIB policies.
  5. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and ensure its application at all times.
  6. Provide prompt and timely service to customers.
  7. Adhere to office timings, maintain confidentiality, and present oneself professionally.
  8. Submit DSRs to the Branch Manager daily with complete details; escalate non-compliance.
  9. Review and ensure accuracy of Standard Credit Applications and critical documents before processing.
  10. Follow approval processes and escalate delays appropriately.
  11. Execute Murabaha contracts and prepare files as per checklists, ensuring timely card issuance.
  12. Monitor finance disbursements and notify supervisors of delays.
  13. Foster good inter-departmental relationships to facilitate smooth business flow.
  14. Participate in promotional activities as directed.
  15. Initiate cross-selling of other banking products when appropriate.
  16. Immediately escalate customer complaints to supervisors.
Skills and Knowledge
  • Broad knowledge of ADIB's Personal Finance and other RBG products & services.
  • Knowledge of service standards, sales techniques, and basic computer skills.
  • Understanding of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks.
  • Familiarity with regulations issued by the Central Bank of UAE.
