Job description

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch and ensure smooth workflow
Lead, coach, and motivate a team across departments (grocery, fresh food, non-food, etc.)
Drive branch sales, customer satisfaction, and profitability targets
Monitor inventory levels, shrinkage, and compliance with operational standards
Ensure excellent merchandising, cleanliness, and visual presentation
Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, HR, and other support functions
Prepare and present branch performance reports to senior management
Handle customer escalations and maintain high service quality

Desired Candidate Profile

� Experience: 5+ years in a similar role, preferably within hypermarkets or large-format retail stores
