Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all restaurant operations: opening/closing, staff management, inventory, and quality control
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service
  • Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction and handle feedback effectively
  • Drive sales growth and implement promotional strategies
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and ensure profitability
  • Oversee inventory and supplier relationships
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
  • Prepare operational and sales reports for senior management
  • Collaborate with marketing to boost local campaigns

Desired Candidate Profile

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4–8 years’ experience in pubs/bar lounges, with 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Admin, or related field (preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with restaurant KPIs and management software (POS, MS Office)
