Job summary

Danube Group is seeking a Branch Accountant to lead financial reporting for the UAE branch. You will manage daily accounting operations, ensure accurate cash and cheque deposits, and perform essential reconciliations to maintain integrity of records.

You will also generate sales reports on daily to monthly cycles and support month-end closing. The role requires UAE accounting experience and adherence to high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CA Inter certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year accounting experience in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day branch accounting operations, including cash and cheque deposits.
• Perform reconciliations for Cash, Bank, and Intercompany GL accounts.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for business analysis.
• Handle receipts, refunds, and exchange documents per policy.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing of accounts.
