Summary

The Boutique Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of the boutique. Their role includes managing the staffing requirements, addressing customer service issues, maximizing the store's financial performance, and achieving growth and sales targets by effectively managing, training, and motivating the sales team. They are also responsible for creating an emotional connection between Marli and customers through engagement and communication during every shopping occasion, both in-store and online. Additionally, they must ensure that excellence is maintained in all areas to meet MARLI's quality and authenticity expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Organize and execute in-store events to enhance the customer experience.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.

Operations:

  • Manage daily boutique operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with the Operations team on stock management and visual merchandising.

Sales:

  • Drive sales and achieve sales targets.
  • Motivate and coach the sales team to provide excellent customer service and maximize sales.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

Team Management:

  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training sales staff.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
  • Foster a positive and supportive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Luxury retail management, preferably in the jewelry industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and sales strategies.
