We are currently searching for a Store Manager for our Dubai Mall boutique. The store manager is responsible for overall management of the store, its sales team, merchandise and customer service, achieving sales objectives, store profitability goals, maintaining high operation and merchandising standards, building a highly motivated team and developing sales associates. The Store Manager is also the Delvaux Ambassador, responsible for promoting the brand to clients & partners.

Role & Responsibilities
- Team Management: Identify, recruit, develop and retain best in class talent; coach, develop, motivate and challenge the team on a regular basis by setting clear goals, engage the team through regular meetings and touch-bases, build and maintain team spirit; set individual objectives for each team member and support them in reaching those objectives; hold midterm evaluations and yearly formal evaluations; create development plans for sales staff and management; lead by example; supervise store personnel and enforce company policies while adhering to proper procedure regarding disciplinary actions.
- Operations: Effective use of POS system and its inventory management functions; provide daily, weekly, monthly qualitative and quantitative business reports as required; determine staffing needs and create staff schedules to ensure appropriate store coverage and match to traffic; complete all store administration tasks in an accurate and timely fashion; ensure compliance with all internal control procedures and maintain inventory accuracy; maintain the highest standard of housekeeping and organization both on and off the sales floor; work in coordination with Richemont teams to ensure product transfers to and from the boutique are executed in a timely manner; perform other projects as assigned.
- Brand Promotion: Act as a Delvaux ambassador in the city and the store; participate to develop the notoriety of the house and build brand awareness in the market; build and develop a network of stakeholders in local, national and international luxury business; promote the culture of the brand internally and externally; ensure store atmosphere upholds brand image; ensure all sales associates are knowledgeable of all company products, information and history; stay up to date on company news and requirements; embody the Maison and its values for high-potential clients and prospects.
- Business Development: Develop store business plan including marketing and promotional strategies; participate in setting yearly and monthly sales objectives and implement actions to reach them; stay aware of local market and luxury goods trends; create and maintain relationships with partners to attract new high-potential clients to the Maison.
- Sales Management: Motivate and coach sales associates to meet sales targets and productivity goals; demonstrate sales leadership on the selling floor; provide feedback on product assortment, buying trends and customer requests.
- Clienteling & CRM: Ensure quality and consistency of client assistance in / out of store; build and maintain a valuable customer database; respond to customer requests and promote new collections; coach the team on CRM activities to animate and monitor operations.
- Customer Service: Ensure the highest level of customer service and impeccable selling ceremony; support after-sales service issues (returns, repairs, etc.).
- Store Visuals: Maintain visual merchandising standards and store condition as set by corporate; collaborate with Visual Identity team on window installations and displays.

Profile
- Minimum 8-10 years in a managerial role in luxury (at least 5 years as store manager / store director).
- Luxury expert with strong clienteling skills; ability to interact with stakeholders as the face of Delvaux.
- Ambassador for the house with knowledge of the city and broad personal connections; elegance and strong communication skills required.
- People management experience; coaching a team to build a high performance culture; leadership and development focus.
- Operationally strong; able to translate strategies into operational plans.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships across levels of the organization.
- Fluent in Arabic & English; additional languages are a plus.
