The Boutique Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a luxury retail store, ensuring a premium customer experience, achieving sales targets, managing staff, and upholding brand standards. This role requires a strong background in high-end retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service. The ideal candidate is results-driven, well-presented, and capable of building lasting relationships with discerning clientele.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage all day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory, and staff.
  2. Drive boutique performance by achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  3. Maintain exceptional levels of customer service and satisfaction.
  4. Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to deliver high performance.
  5. Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines and seasonal trends.
  6. Handle VIP clients and resolve customer concerns with professionalism.
  7. Prepare and analyze sales reports, proposing strategies to improve performance.
  8. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory and purchasing teams.
  9. Oversee cash handling, store security, and compliance with operational policies.
  10. Represent the brand at promotional events and maintain strong client networks.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  3. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Sales-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
  6. Experience in clienteling and managing high-net-worth customers.
  7. Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office applications.
  8. Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
  9. Strong understanding of fashion/luxury trends and customer behavior.
