You will have regional oversight for the execution and implementation of HQ VM guidelines, and local adaptation to best fit the commercial needs of the markets.
You will act as a local coordinator for construction and renovation projects and will be responsible for maintenance.
You will ensure store appearance and VM are consistent with overall image and standards of the brand in accordance with the corporate guidelines.
YOUR MISSIONS :
How you will contribute in Visual Merchandising
- Manage roll-out of VM guidelines across GCC markets, through implementation and maintenance of store displays and merchandising to best follow HQ guidelines, with local adaptation to fit local needs.
- Consolidate ordering, coordinate delivery, and follow invoicing of display materials / event kits / other retail tools for the region in collaboration with local markets.
- Train, guide, support, and challenge local commercial teams regarding visual merchandising strategy and standards.
- Conduct ongoing training of boutique managers and SA in visual merchandising standards and reporting procedures.
- Establish effective communication methods between boutique managers and SAs for daily VM implementation and monitoring.
- Collaborate with the International Merchandising Manager for optimal product zoning and store density, especially for new product launches and VM implementation.
- Participate actively in store openings, in-store events, and other brand activities.
- Research competitors’ display campaigns for quarterly reporting.
How you will contribute in Store Design
Coordinate store renovation and construction projects locally.
- Serve as the local liaison for SDP HQ on all store renovation and construction projects in the GCC, providing support and coordination with architects, landlords, and vendors.
- Assist HQ SDP team in preparing specifications and detailed budgets; oversee invoicing and cost sharing with partners.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve project issues.
- Attend site handovers and monitor outstanding work completion.
Store and Office Maintenance Responsibilities:
- Establish a network of suppliers for efficient maintenance of stores across the GCC.
- Oversee store maintenance in UAE: identify needs, coordinate quotations following HQ guidelines.
- Support store maintenance across the network by collaborating with HQ and partner teams.
- Supervise maintenance execution.
- Inform management of funding needs for repairs and upgrades.
YOUR PROFILE :
- University degree with proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in VM or SDP, preferably in Watch & Jewelry, Fashion, or Luxury sectors.
- Relevant retail industry experience.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects independently.
- Problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, autonomous, and diligent.
- Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD skills are a plus.
- Willingness to travel for business.
