BOP Technician

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Our client, a leading oil and gas company in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a skilled and experienced BOP Technician to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent benefits and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of blowout preventers (BOP) and associated equipment
2. Conduct regular inspections to ensure BOPs are functioning properly and in compliance with safety regulations
3. Assist in the installation and testing of new BOP equipment
4. Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
5. Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to identify and resolve technical issues
6. Follow all safety protocols and procedures while working on BOPs
7. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience working with BOPs in the oil and gas industry
3. Strong understanding of BOP equipment and systems
4. Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and procedures
5. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
6. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
7. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
8. Good communication and teamwork skills

Salary: AED 3,000 + Food, Accommodation & Transportation
Benefits: Medical insurance + Ticket once in 2 years + Overtime
