Boiler Specialist for Industrial Incinerators-RUWAIS ABU DHABI UAE

Maintenance and Repair:

• Perform thorough diagnostics to identify malfunctions in boilers and associated systems.
• Repair or replace defective components including burners, heat exchangers, pumps, and control systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance operations to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools to monitor boiler performance and anticipate maintenance needs.
• Maintain up-to-date maintenance records and write detailed reports on interventions performed.

Installation and Replacement:

• Plan and execute the installation of new boilers in incinerators adhering to technical specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate the replacement of existing boilers minimizing service interruptions.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure seamless integration of new installations.
• Perform commissioning tests to ensure the proper functioning of new boilers and compliance with performance requirements.
• Train staff on the use and maintenance of new installations.

Qualifications:

• Degree in mechanical engineering, thermal engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the maintenance and repair of industrial boilers, preferably in incinerators.
• Expertise in boiler installation and replacement with in-depth knowledge of commissioning procedures.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical plans and schematics.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Boiler maintenance certification (a plus).
• CICPA qualification.
