Job description

  • Maximize workshop productivity and ensure achievement of sales and CSI targets.
  • Manage daily service operations on the workshop floor, including support to Service Advisors and Technicians.
  • Monitor and report on employee productivity and efficiency.
  • Assist in the preparation of the department s annual budget and workforce planning.
  • Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and health & safety regulations.
  • Supervise warranty processing and credit note tracking.
  • Coordinate with Procurement and Stores to ensure parts and tools availability.
  • Approve attendance records and support HR in recruitment when needed.
  • Train and update staff on latest manufacturer techniques and service procedures.
  • Handle field complaints, evaluate team performance, and maintain workshop organization and cleanliness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a workshop or bodyshop supervisory role within the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of workshop operations, team management, and service processes.
  • Proficiency in automotive diagnostic tools and reporting systems.
  • Familiarity with warranty processes and budgeting.
