Job description

We are looking for a Body & Paint Workshop Manager responsible for maintaining thoroughness and high-quality services, achieving profitability and revenue targets, and maintaining a very good relationship with customers and insurance companies.

Responsibilities
  • Prepares and administers the annual operating budget for the workshop as well as makes sure the forecasted revenue and profitability figures are achieved.
  • Monitors technicians' daily productivity reports.
  • Ensures parts availability in arrangement with parts department.
  • Monitors progress and completion of vehicles in the shop.
  • Ensures proper repair and safety procedures are followed.
  • Ensures Environmental Health and Safety and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements are met.
  • Develops corrective actions, solutions, and improvements related to SOPs.
  • Maintains a follow-up system to monitor customer feedback.
  • Submits the required reports to the higher management.
Minimum Requirements
  • BSc in Mechanical Engineering or another related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
