Job Description

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic Maintenance professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

As a BMS Operator, you will be responsible for supervising and controlling the operation of the building management system and monitoring all plant activities of the headquarters building services. Your key responsibilities include:

• Providing the maintenance supervisor with planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules and handling follow-up.
• Analyzing plant behavior concerning set points and adjusting control parameters.
• Performing daily audits of plant performance using the building management system (BMS), including data logging, plant review, and alarm status checks.
• Diagnosing plant failures, analyzing problems, and recommending remedial actions for supervisor approval.
• Using logged data to review system performance and proposing improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer service.
• Programming the BMS, PPM system, and other plant systems (e.g., standby power generator, fire fighting pump, fire alarm system) for automatic testing.

Skills, Education & Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a degree in BMS, mechanical engineering, or related field, with relevant experience in operation and maintenance of equipment. Good command of English, fault diagnosis, and subsystem rectification skills are essential.
