• Set up and operate blown film extruders to produce high-quality plastic films, ensuring alignment with production specifications.
• Monitor the extrusion process in real-time, adjusting parameters to maintain optimal flow rates and film thickness.
• Conduct regular quality checks on the produced film, using gauges and visual inspections to identify defects or inconsistencies.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions promptly, utilizing diagnostic tools to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
• Maintain accurate production records and logs, documenting changes in processes, materials, and outcomes for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with quality control teams to implement improvements based on feedback and testing results.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations during all phases of the production process.
• Train and mentor junior operators, sharing best practices for safety and efficiency on the production floor.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum high school diploma; technical certifications in plastics technology or manufacturing processes are preferred.
• 4-5years of experience in blown film extrusion W& H machine showcasing hands-on operational expertise.
• Familiarity with extrusion machinery and polymer processing, demonstrating a solid understanding of film production techniques.
• Proven ability to interpret technical drawings and production specifications accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, enabling swift resolution of manufacturing issues to minimize downtime.
• Effective communication skills to interact with team members and provide clear instructions during training.
