Role Overview:

The Account Manager acts as the primary contact for clients, understanding their workflows and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency with Bloomberg solutions. The role involves engaging clients through tailored training, strategic insights, and effective communication of Bloomberg's value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage clients in person and remotely to demonstrate the value of Bloomberg products.
  • Identify workflow gaps and promote increased usage of key Bloomberg products.
  • Monitor and support at-risk users to retain business.
  • Manage usage campaigns aligned with business targets.
  • Develop knowledge of Bloomberg technology and the financial markets to effectively position solutions.
  • Demonstrate product functionality and workflows tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate internally to implement solutions and participate in departmental initiatives.
  • Contribute ideas for client engagement and product enhancement, and seek leadership opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in technology sales; market data sales is a plus.
  • Strong desire to learn and improve skills.
  • Interest in financial services and technology.
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel regularly.
