Our client is looking for a professional who is adept at managing the lifecycle of blockchain products, from conception to implementation, while keeping abreast of industry trends and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of blockchain technology, excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English, and a proactive approach to optimizing product performance through data-driven insights.

Job Responsibilities

• Product Lifecycle Management : Oversee the entire product lifecycle of blockchain-related products. Perform requirement analysis, prototype design, and create requirement specifications. Monitor development progress and manage product iterations independently.
• Product Delivery and Collaboration : Produce high-quality product prototypes and detailed product documentation. Communicate and collaborate effectively with technology, design, and other relevant departments. Ensure timely implementation and release of product versions.
• Research and Optimization : Engage in competitive product research and user growth strategies. Optimize products based on user insights and data analysis. Drive operations, promotions, and assist in marketing efforts.
• Industry Monitoring and Strategic Planning : Keep up-to-date with industry developments and research business models within the blockchain sector. Propose product plans that align with business goals and enhance user value.

Job Requirements

• Educational Background and Experience : Bachelor’s degree or higher. Over 2 years of experience in blockchain product design preferred. Experience in designing enterprise wallets is an advantage.
• Blockchain Knowledge : Strong interest and understanding of blockchain technology principles. Knowledge of the blockchain industry's history and development trends.
• Market and Language Skills : Understanding of overseas markets. Excellent English reading and writing skills. Proficient in English communication.
• Soft Skills and Attributes : Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Data-driven and result-oriented mindset. Ability to adapt to the fast pace of the internet industry. Strong stress resistance and willingness to accept challenges.
• Language Proficiency : Fluency in both Mandarin and English is mandatory.
