Qualifications

• Strong blockchain and cryptocurrency knowledge across public/private chains.
• Solid cryptography concepts and secure protocol wallet knowledge.
• Backend development with APIs, microservices, databases, performance tuning.
• Experience in languages used for blockchain back ends (Go, Rust, Java, Python, TypeScript).
• Understanding of trading systems or exchange architecture is a plus.
• On-site in Dubai; strong English communication; cloud/containers/CI/CD a plus.

The Javizen CEX Full Suite is a modular stack that brings together spot, futures, options, P2P trading, prop trading, wallets, KYC, staking, launchpad features, APIs, liquidity integrations, reporting, and operator administration. Clients receive complete, unobfuscated source code, deployment on their own infrastructure, customized product configuration, training, and ongoing technical support. Five exchanges currently run on the Javizen stack across the Middle East and GCC, serving both new exchange launches and existing operators looking to add advanced trading capabilities.

Role Description

The Blockchain Developer will work on designing, implementing, and maintaining core components of Javizen's crypto exchange infrastructure, including smart contracts, trading engines, wallet services, and security-critical modules. This full-time, on-site role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and involves close collaboration with engineering, product, and client-facing teams to deliver robust, scalable blockchain solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean and secure back-end code, integrating blockchain protocols and APIs, optimizing performance, troubleshooting production issues, and contributing to code reviews and architectural decisions. The developer will also assist with technical documentation, participate in solution design for new client deployments, and support continuous improvement of the Javizen CEX Full Suite.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Blockchain and Cryptocurrency, including experience with major public and private chains and related tooling.
• Proficiency in Cryptography concepts and practical implementation of secure protocols and wallet mechanisms.
• Solid Back-End Web Development skills, with experience in APIs, microservices, databases, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on Software Development experience in languages commonly used for blockchain and exchange back ends (e.g., Go, Rust, Java, Python, or TypeScript).
• Understanding of trading systems, market microstructure, or exchange architecture is highly beneficial.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, containers, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly in English.
