Job Title : Blockchain Architect (1 Position)

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Blockchain Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing blockchain-based solutions that align with our strategic goals. You will lead the technical architecture for decentralized applications, smart contract systems, and blockchain integrations, ensuring scalability, security, and long-term sustainability. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in blockchain protocols, hands-on experience with multiple platforms, and the ability to translate business needs into robust technical architectures. This position offers the opportunity to shape innovative blockchain products in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Architecture Design : Define the overall blockchain system architecture, including protocol selection, consensus mechanisms, and network topology.

Solution Development : Design and oversee the development of blockchain-based applications, smart contracts, and on-chain / off-chain integrations.

Security & Compliance : Implement best practices for blockchain security, data privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Performance Optimization : Ensure scalability, interoperability, and efficiency of blockchain solutions.

Technical Leadership : Guide and mentor engineering teams in blockchain best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.

Research & Innovation : Evaluate emerging blockchain technologies, L2 scaling solutions, and cross-chain interoperability frameworks.

Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to align technical designs with business objectives.

Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive architectural diagrams, technical documentation, and deployment guides.

Quality Assurance : Oversee testing and auditing processes to ensure the security and reliability of blockchain deployments.

Qualifications

Extensive Experience : 5+ years in blockchain development, with at least 2 years in an architectural or lead technical role.

Technical Expertise : Proficiency with multiple blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solana, Polygon, etc.) and smart contract languages (Solidity, Vyper, Rust, Go).
