GreenHarvest Industries is seeking a Biometric Passport Technician to manage biometric data and ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with government regulations. You will troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate with agencies, and train others on biometric technology.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience as an Instrument Technician or similar role.
Knowledge of biometric technology and data management systems.
Familiarity with government regulations related to biometric passports.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain biometric data of clients ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
Troubleshoot any technical issues related to the biometric passport system.
Coordinate with government agencies to ensure compliance with regulations regarding biometric passports.
Train and assist other technicians in using biometric technology and maintaining data integrity.
Keep accurate records of all biometric passport transactions.
Stay up-to-date on advancements in biometrics technology.
Provide excellent customer service to clients.
