Responsibilities

About the team

The MENA PR & Communications team is responsible for driving Binance’s regional communications strategy, strengthening brand reputation and supporting media relations, influencer engagement and strategic communications initiatives across the Middle East, North Africa, Pakistan and Turkey.Working closely with regional leadership, local market teams, external PR agencies and cross-functional stakeholders, the team delivers integrated communications campaigns, thought leadership initiatives, media engagements and high-profile industry events.

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, organized and enthusiastic Regional PR & Communications individual to join our MENA team for a six-month opportunity. The role will provide hands-on exposure to regional public relations, influencer marketing, media relations, events and communications operations across multiple markets.Working directly with the Regional Head of PR & Communications, this individual will support the coordination and execution of day-to-day communications activities, collaborate with external agencies and internal stakeholders, and help ensure the timely delivery of regional initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to develop practical experience in a fast-paced, international environment within the technology and digital finance industry.

Responsibilities

• PR & agency coordination: Support day-to-day coordination with regional PR agencies, track deliverables, maintain activity trackers and follow up on deadlines and ongoing projects.
• Influencer & KOL management: Assist in coordinating influencer campaigns, sharing approved briefs, tracking content submissions and publishing schedules, and consolidating campaign performance results.
• Media relations: Support media outreach activities, maintain and update media databases, coordinate interview arrangements and follow up on media requests and coverage.
• Events & executive engagements: Assist with planning and logistics for regional events, conferences, media engagements and leadership speaking opportunities, including registrations, scheduling and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Reporting & monitoring: Help compile weekly and monthly PR and influencer performance reports, monitor media coverage and maintain accurate reporting trackers.
• Content & communications support: Assist with the coordination and distribution of communications materials, including press releases, media briefs and campaign content.
• Administrative & operational support: Support vendor onboarding, invoice collection, payment tracking and other administrative processes related to PR agencies, influencers and events.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work with internal teams, external agencies and regional stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and timely execution of communications initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or a related field, either completed or in progress.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience, with previous internships or entry-level experience in PR, communications, marketing, influencer management or event coordination considered an advantage.
• Previous exposure to PR/communications agencies or the technology, fintech or digital finance sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive, resourceful and eager to learn, with a collaborative and hands-on attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Interest in technology, digital finance, media and emerging industry trends is an advantage.
