About the Role

Are you passionate about crypto and eager to represent Binance locally? We're seeking motivated crypto enthusiasts across the MENA region to lead initiatives, organize educational events, and build grassroots communities. As a Binance Community member, you'll help expand Binance's presence and empower users through education and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and moderate Binance's local social media channels, ensuring active engagement.
• Drive community growth through referral programs, local activations, and events.
• Launch social media campaigns with interactive content and rewards.
• Support Arabic, English, and French-speaking users across platforms like Telegram and Discord.
• Assist with Binance Angels activities, onboarding, and activation.
• Plan and support offline meetups, workshops, and educational sessions.
• Coordinate logistics, venues, and partnerships for events.
• Represent Binance at local expos, university sessions, and forums.
• Engage with student clubs and Web3 communities for collaborations.
• Draft and localize community content in multiple languages.
• Collect feedback and report insights to regional teams.
• Capture content and testimonials during events.

Requirements

• Preference for candidates in UAE or Arabic-speaking MENA countries.
• 0-2 years of experience in community support, events, or ambassador roles.
• Binance Angel or volunteer experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Binance ecosystem and Web3 principles.
• Knowledge of blockchain technologies and community culture.
• Familiarity with Binance products and associated platforms.
• Experience with crypto communities on Telegram, Discord, and Twitter.
• Experience supporting offline events is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
• Proficiency with community tools, design tools, project management platforms, and social media.
• Strong self-management, communication, and willingness to travel.
