Job summary

Business Umbrella is seeking a BIM Operator to create, update and manage Building Information Models using BIM software such as Autodesk Revit. This role supports the design and coordination process across architectural, structural and MEP disciplines to ensure accuracy and efficient collaboration.

Responsibilities include developing 3D models, coordinating disciplines, generating drawings and schedules from BIM models, and maintaining version control.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering or related field.
• Certified in BIM software tools such as Autodesk Revit (Mandatory).
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant BIM experience in construction/design projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks; knowledge of Dynamo or BIM 360 is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
