The role involves collaborating with project teams, providing technical guidance, and ensuring effective model integration. Ideal candidates will have a relevant degree, at least 5 years of experience, and proficiency in Synchro, Autodesk Revit, and Civils 3D.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience required.
• In-depth experience in delivering 4D throughout design and construction stages.

Job Description:

BIM Specialist

Abu Dhabi, UAE

What You'll Be Doing:

• Utilizes BIM related software to develop and manage digital models.

• Supports the preparation, review, and execution of implementation/management plans at the program/project level.

• Collaborates with project teams for effective model integration.

• Assists team in responding to client queries and requests.

• Provides input to clients/others working on the same project.

• Completes model assurance reports and supports drafting special provisions, with oversight.

• Interfaces with other departments on matters relating to work assignments.

• Provides technical guidance to, and reviews deliverables of junior staff and supports the development of training and coaching materials.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline

• Minimum 5 years experience all together

• Proficiency in Synchro software for 4D modeling and simulation

• In-depth experience in delivering 4D throughout design and construction stages of the project

• Good use of Autodesk Revit and Civils 3D

• Must have specifically infrastructure experience

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• BIM related certification is preferred

• Previous consultancy experience is advantageous
