The BIM Modeller will process cases from clients in the UAE to enhance our overall BIM services' technical standards in the region.

Responsibilities

1. Plan and coordinate Building Information Modelling (BIM) projects.
2. Lead project teams and oversee BIM technology implementation.
3. Ensure the quality of deliverables for construction projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Degree or Diploma in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, Architecture, or related disciplines.
2. Passionate about Architectural, Structural, or MEP Engineering fields.
3. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, and Navisworks.
4. Preferably 1-2 years of BIM experience in Architectural, Structural, or MEP disciplines.
5. Fresh graduates passionate about learning will also be considered.
6. Organized, results-driven, and proactive.
7. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
