Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Responsibilities:

1. Minimum of 5 years of site experience in Mechanical services, with a focus on Plumbing.
2. 3D Modeling of MEP services using Autodesk Revit.
3. Scan-to-BIM modeling of MEP services.
4. Clash detection using Navisworks Manage.
5. Preparation of schematic diagrams, schedules, and sheet lists.
6. Development and application of Revit templates.
7. Preparation of shop drawings and as-built drawings.
8. Scanning using Leica BLK 360 scanner and registering scanned files with Cyclone Register.
9. Capturing Matterport scans.
