A leading company in the UAE seeks a BIM Modeler with expertise in Mechanical and Electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Revit and experience with UAE projects, responsible for creating 3D BIM models and ensuring project coordination.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a BIM Modeler in Mechanical and Electrical disciplines.
• UAE project experience is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of MEP design standards and construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and model detailed 3D BIM models using Revit.
• Extract construction drawings and schedules from BIM models.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to resolve design conflicts.

Job description

Responsibilities:

Develop and model detailed 3D BIM models for Mechanical and Electrical systems using Revit or similar software
Collaborate with design teams to ensure accurate and clash-free models
Extract construction drawings, schedules, and material lists from BIM models
Coordinate with other disciplines to resolve design conflicts and ensure integrated project delivery
Update and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle
Assist in BIM coordination meetings and clash detection processes

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a BIM Modeler in Mechanical and Electrical disciplines
UAE project experience is mandatory
Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM coordination tools
Strong understanding of MEP design standards and construction practices
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic project environment
