BIM Modeler- FITOUT

• Develop detailed BIM models for fit-out projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications.
• Collaborate with architects and contractors to integrate design changes and resolve model conflicts effectively.
• Conduct regular quality checks on models, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to BIM processes, including model updates and revisions.
• Assist in the creation of 3D visualizations and renderings to support client presentations and design reviews.
• Utilize clash detection software to identify and resolve potential issues before construction begins.
• Participate in project meetings to provide BIM-related insights and updates to team members and stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in BIM modeling, particularly in fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant BIM software is essential.
• Familiarity with international BIM standards and protocols, such as ISO.
• Certification in BIM Management or a related field is a significant advantage.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines is crucial.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding solutions to complex modeling challenges.
